Welcome

I am a believer in change and that we are all capable of it. In my work I help client's tap into their past successes and current strengths to make changes needed to live out a meaningful valued-driven life.

I pull from a variety of approaches in order to best suit my clients’ individual needs and consider my approach an integrated one. I am primarily influenced by client centered strength-based therapies (positive psychology, solution-focused), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I also incorporate psychodynamic and trauma-informed interventions into my work. 

My interests include anxiety, depression, workplace issues, stress management, life transitions, values identification/clarification, mindfulness, working with students and professionals-particularly those in the helping and medical fields.
