WELCOME!
I am a believer in change and that we are all capable of it. As humans we are more resilient than we know and can tap into our past successes and current strengths to make changes needed to live out a meaningful valued-driven life.

In my work I pull from a variety of approaches in order to best suit my clients’ individual needs. I am influenced by client centered strength-based therapies (positive psychology, solution-focused), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other mindfulness based therapies.

My special interests include anxiety, depression, workplace issues, stress management, life transitions, values identification/clarification, mindfulness, working with students and professionals-particularly those in the helping and medical fields.
